The White Bear family now incorporates two companies, White Bear Services Company, a licensed investigative and security company, offering private investigations and private security operations, and White Bear Tactical & K-9, which offers training in Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) to police and military, and canine (K-9) sales and training to police and military.

Our White Bear Services Company investigators are well experienced, knowledgeable, capable, and able to conduct any investigation with the utmost discretion and reliability. Our security officers are similarly capable, and undergo a comprehensive “basic training” class before being deployed on any job site.
The White Bear Tactical & K-9 instructors are all current or retired police officers, many with military experience, who are well-seasoned, with many years of experience conducting the types of operations we train on.
Our training philosophy is reflected in our motto, “INSTRUCTUS, CONFIDA, CONFIDENTIA” and when translated from Latin states, “Trained, Confident, Competent”. When a student attends any of our training classes, he/she is made aware of the TASK, CONDITIONS, & STANDARDS to which he/she is expected to perform to successfully complete their assigned mission. When the student is trained to standards, they become confident in their abilities, which then leads to the competency they display in performing their duties.
